What to expect

Everything you need to know now that you're working with We Feature You — how bookings reach you, where to find everything we create for you, and where to learn how to get the most out of every appearance.

1. ~2 days
   Your media kit for review

   You'll hear from our team with the media kit / podcast one-sheet we've created for you, ready for your feedback.

2. 1–2 days later
   Campaign launches

   Once you've signed off, we usually launch your campaign a day or two later.

3. ~2 weeks from today
   Your first booking

   You'll typically receive your first booking about two weeks from today.

4. +2–3 weeks
   Your first appearance

   Usually 2–3 weeks after the booking on average. It can be sooner or later, depending on the podcast.

5. +2–3 weeks
   Episode goes live

   Most hosts publish a few weeks after you record (in our experience 2–3 weeks, but it varies).

Logistics of booking you

When a new podcast opportunity is booked for you, you'll receive an email with the subject line:

Please check your calendar for the invite — the host or their team may email you a recording link directly. Make sure the slot is blocked off, and let us know if you can't find it and we'll get it sorted.
